If Spymaster's Ruse is returned to my hand via Tow-Lines bot mode, does the Secret Action that it was attached to stay in play even though the Spymaster's is gone?
No. Once Spymasters is returned to hand, its effect is no longer active, so the Secret Action will automatically be scrapped at the end of your opponents turn
