If I use Wreck-Gar's station to move a Static Laser of Ironhide to the character in the station, will that character take the 2 damage?
No. Static Laser and Wreck-Gar's station trigger at the same time: When a character attacks. Because Static Laser is not on the attacker, when Wreck-Gar's station moves it to the attacker, the opportunity for "When this attacks" triggers to happen has already passed.
