Where are you from?
SA, Australia.

When and how did you discover the Transformers TCG?
Not long after wave 1 released, me and my dad saw a box in our local game store and took it home to crack open, and Ive been hooked ever since.

What was/is your favorite team to run and why?
Combiners. They have such a big impact on the game, both metaphorically and physically, and theyve got so many cool gimmicks and playstyles. Predaking is definitely my favorite among them, once he gets going, hes almost impossible to stop, and those 5 weapon slots let you do all manner of crazy things.

When and how did you discover the post-cancellation community?
Ozzy came over from another group near the end of season 1 and brought me along.Barely made it into the first OI and did pretty well. Been trying to engage as much as possible ever since.

Who's your favorite Transformers character and why?
Thats a tough one, Shockwave and Grimlock are definitely up there for their own reasons, but I think it has to be Wheeljack. First transformer I saw in media, first one I had a toy of, made the Dinobots in G1, reckless inventor and scientist in most continuities and a Wrecker in Transformers Prime, hes an all-round awesome dude.

What's your favorite card and why?
Specialist Ratchet. Hes the perfect summary of what I love to do in this game: play janky cards, repair, and hit huge numbers.

Do you have any advice for players who want to get into the competitive scene or the TCG in general?
Play what you enjoy. It sounds cliche, but youll be more motivated to play and improve your deck, and you can make almost anything competitive with enough effort.
