A typical character has a Shoulder Holster and two Weapons. I play Dual-Wield, adding a new Weapon to the character, and then I play a Utility to replace the Shoulder Holster. What happens?
Your character now has 3 Weapons but only 2 Weapon slots. You have to scrap one of the Weapons, but which Weapon you scrap is your choice.
