On General Optimus Prime, Galactic Commander, after I have flipped and swapped a green card for a Blue/Orange upgrade in my hand, can I use Prime's bot mode to play the upgrade I swapped out?
No. Swapping a card for a card with a green icon is not flipping that card for battle, so it would not be eligible for Prime's effect.
