So Sinnertwins alt mode returns an upgrade your opponent plays to their hand by you revealing two of the same type and scrapping one of them. Does the upgrade actually end up on the character at any point, and, if so, get any when you put or when you play triggers?
It does not end up on the character, and any "When you put" or "When you play" triggers do not resolve.
