If I have Ultra Magnus with Impervious with his Armor equipped to him. My opponent plays drill arms. I then instead scrap an armor from my hand to save my Ultra Magnus Armor. Does my opponent now draw a card?
Your opponent couldn't scrap the Ultra Magnus Armor due to Impervious, so Drill Arms would allow them to draw a card.
