Say I have a Jam Signals set and my opponent plays a Leap Into Battle. Does my opponent declare who would get the +3 Attack from Leap before I decide whether to reveal Jam Signals, or do I have to decide on revealing Jam Signals first?
If your opponent jumps ahead and says "I'm going to play Leap onto Prowl" while you have a Jam Signals set, you can react to it and flip Jam Signals.
