“Yes. That’s a really good idea.” - Ken Nagle, Transformers TCG Design Lead.
If the character with Spare Parts has a weapon and/or an armor, Spare Parts will save one of them. Spare Parts wont count when determining how much damage to repair.
You CAN play Supercharge off of OPBL (or via Leap of Faith), but it probably wont do what you want it to do. It does give Bold 3, but because battle cards have already been flipped for this attack, that Bold 3 wont do anything. But you could still play it. You know, for fun.
However, if the character you give Bold 3 to gets to attack later in the same turn, that Bold 3 will be in effect.
Yes, although it wont be much of a surprise to your opponent.
No. Those are mutually exclusive. Tap abilities on Micro Masters are costs for triggering their abilities, so other in-game actions do not allow you to use that ability.
Apologies for the confusion here. We ruled this differently, but the FAQ was apparently not updated to reflect that. Heres how that question should read:
Q: Lets say Insecticon Skrapnel defends and the attacker has an ability that deals damage to him. Does that damage count for Insecticon Skrapnels ability?
A: No, only attack damage counts towards Skrapnels ability. Damage dealt by other abilities wont count, even if it happens during an attack.
No. Energon Axe can only be put on damaged characters.
No. Unless either the weapon or the character states that the weapon can be in the armor slot, it cant. So in this scenario, you would not be able to swap one weapon for another weapon from the armor slot However, you could swap Mounted Missiles for a blue weapon and put that weapon in the weapon slot, which would scrap the Static Laser of Ironhide.
If a character with Battering Ram KOs a defending character, that defending character is not flipped.
You can play Collateral Damage even if there are no weapons on the field or cards in your hands to scrap. Do as much as you can.
Although you can flip any character in the KO area, their abilities only work if specifically stated on their card.
You must scrap an upgrade attached to one of your characters.
