This is a digital event, with the primary goal of stress testing Wave 9B: Brutal Combaticons. Additionally, some of our other beta card updates will also be allowed. The following will be allowed:

However, our updated version of Severed Combiner Hand [B] will not be allowed, as we feel that could impact Wave 9B testing too much.

You will not be forced to use any of these beta cards. We want to see how they perform against traditional decks too!

As previously mentioned, due to the fact that this event has a number of unreleased cards, it will be a digital event using TTS and OCTGN. You & your opponent can use whichever you feel most comfortable with.

As with most of our tournaments, this event will start with five rounds of Swiss. However, after that the top 4 will then advance to a final Round Robin.

At the end of the tournament, you will be asked to fill out a brief survey on your experience, with the questions tailored to what you played with & played against.

Each participant will receive 200 Shanix

, so long as they play all of their matches.

"Possibly Meta, very hard to construct // Swindle bot mode against non-decepticon decks is very good to attack first, enabling a turn 1 double upgrade pre-load // Attacking with any of the four non-leader combaticons first is viable and strong, based on what is in hand; Against non-decepticon decks: if you have two black upgrades in hand, Swindle is optimal; If one or zero upgrades, if photon charge or RR disruptor blade in hand, Blast off, if mecha star or sidecar in hand, then Vortex; If Scout armor and no card advantage, Brawl is ok but generally don't attack with brawl first. Against decepticon only decks, replace Blast off with Swindle, and don't consider attacking with Blast off. // RR Disruptor blade is optimal on brawl, but if already has scout armor, give RR blade to Vortex. // The most important thing in this deck is to MAXIMIZE PIERCE VALUE. Ensuring that you attack for X pierce X or X pierce X-1. // Bruticus functions similarly to Devastator, combining only to CLOSE OUT the game, not as a killshot.
